Meditate every day for 7 minutes. Why 7 minutes? It works in my schedule and is a length of time I am able to commit to regularly. Some of you may not know that my side gig is teaching yoga. Science supports meditation helps us remember things. It helps me to keep my stress levels down and I personally believe it makes you a kinder person.
