Jessica Daley, founder of Xcelerate, wife to Greg, Mother to four children and co-leader with her husband of an Incredible Team, finds herself transitioning between these roles all day long. She started Xcelerate in 2011 to help pay for an adoption. After the adoption was finalized, the question arose if she could run a company on top of all her other duties. With courage and tenacity, Greg quit his stable job and took a risk to grow Xcelerate. Never looking back, Greg and Jessica now run a cloud-based accounting firm for churches. In their previous life, Greg was a pastor in Seattle, WA which now allows them to build great rapport with their client base. Cloud-based accounting allows them to be present with their children's busy lives, have healthy life rhythms, and "Help Families Thrive" which is Xcelerate's vision! Greg and Jessica live in Colorado, love to travel, will read any business book they can, enjoy visiting their family on the East Coast, and can't wait for what the next years hold for Xcelerate.
