Marc Berger, CPA, is the practice deader of LZ Tax Services at LegalZoom, where he’s leading a rapidly growing team of experts to deliver technologically reimagined tax preparation and advisory services to small businesses at scale. Previously, Marc built and led Pure|Purely Solutions, LLC, a back-office technology advisory firm that was acquired by LegalZoom in 2020. Marc has more than 17 years’ experience in taxation and business consulting, and he is super passionate about helping clients in accounting and business technology. When not assisting clients with their business goals, he spends time with family, coaching youth soccer, and traveling as much as possible.
