Marcus Dillon, CPA, founded Dillon Business Advisors, a remote client accounting and advisory firm, in 2011. In 2023, he co-founded Collective by DBA, which provides operational support for accounting firms through one-on-one coaching, mastermind groups, and a collaborative peer community. Marcus also cohosts Who’s Really the Boss, a podcast for accounting firm owners and leaders. After successfully transforming a tax-heavy firm to 80% monthly recurring revenue, navigating 15 M&A deals, and maintaining consistent year-over-year growth, Marcus helps owners grow the value of their accounting firms. Marcus currently serves on the Intuit Partner Council, Ignition Ambassador Council, ADP Accountant Advisory Council, and he was previously named to CPA Practice Advisor's 40 under 40.
