Sarah Sieman, a seasoned CPA with more than 20 years of experience, leads the CAS Transformation team at CBIZ. Known for her strategic leadership and expertise in leveraging technology, Sarah focuses on adding value and enhancing efficiencies in client engagements. She began her career at a Big 4 accounting firm, and then transitioned into an FP&A role at a Fortune 500 company, where she excelled in financial planning and analysis. Her career further advanced as she took on the role of CFO at a not-for-profit organization, overseeing comprehensive financial operations.

Throughout her career, Sarah has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive strategic initiatives and improve financial performance. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys living and hiking in the mountains in Colorado with her husband Mike and Husky mix Chloe.
