Create Excel Reports or Pivot Tables From QuickBooks Data

The best and fastest way to get a lot of QuickBooks® data into Excel to create reports or pivot tables is to use QB2EXCEL, a free add-on to QuickBooks. Note it only works with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Accountant or Enterprise; it is not available for QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Mac.
