Did you know multitasking is unproductive? Studies show that you get less done when you try to do it all in at once. So, instead of trying to respond to emails, entering those transactions into QuickBooks®, and chatting with your team on Slack, schedule a pomodoro and focus on one task. You’ve never heard of the pomodoro technique? Well it’s all about working in 25 minutes blocks and then taking a five-minute break. This time management method was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. This is how I’m able to check so many things off my to do list – and now you can, too!
