How Value Pricing Builds Trusted Client Relationships
So with a few clients we've tried an hourly by the hour billing and we've just found that it doesn't produce the same relationship that we have with some of our fixed fee clients, where it's that "I'm hesitant to call you, I'm hesitant to rack up fees." It just not as not as strong a relationship with those clients. With our fixed fee pricing model, our clients pick up the phone. They're not afraid to call us, ask their question. We're able to know what's going on a lot sooner, a lot quicker, which we can not only respond in the immediate; but if it's a bigger issue, be able to talk to them and coach them through or get them connected with the right resource to advise on the best solution going forward, for whatever the question may be.
