Get the help you need when you need it with our expanded QuickBooks ProAdvisor® support. Although ProAdvisor Platinum and Elite support was previously available most of the day on weekdays and with limited Saturday hours, we know that client problems can happen at any time. That’s why we’ve expanded our support offerings to cover our Platinum and Elite ProAdvisors any time, day or night, plus offering new ways to get in touch! Silver and Gold ProAdvisors will continue to enjoy free, convenient phone and chat support.
In addition to our 24/7 coverage, video chat, callbacks, and scheduled calls are completely new to provide more flexible options for how you contact us. Don’t want to spend time sitting on hold? We’ll give you a call when the next agent is ready to take your call, enabling you to hang up and get back to work until one of our agents is available to take your call. With scheduled calls, you can set a time up to four weeks in advance for the times you need to call in while with partners or clients.
New for all ProAdvisors:
- Get a callback: Don’t feel like waiting on hold? We’ll automatically call you back when you get to the front of the queue.
New for Platinum and Elite ProAdvisors:
Platinum and Elite ProAdvisors have been upgraded to premium support, which includes these great new benefits in addition to the callback option:
- 24/7 support: Don’t lose sleep over a question—we’re available 24/7. Call or chat any time, day or night.
- Specialized support: Getting in touch is free, and you’ll talk to our top specialists. Plus, share your screen any time for personalized help. You can also request video chats with an agent at any time.
- Schedule a call: Schedule a callback up to four weeks in the future. Our team will call you when you’re available so you can avoid interruptions while you’re with a client.
How it works:
Need help? Start by clicking on the help menu in QuickBooks Online and select “contact us.”
You’ll be prompted to summarize your question or need so we can route you to the right team the first time. You can also access these benefits via the ProAdvisor Benefits tab, under Product Support.
Then, you’ll see the different ways to connect with us and our estimated wait times. Start a chat, get the right phone number, or request a callback. Platinum and Elite ProAdvisors can schedule a call up to four weeks in advance from this screen as well.
