New! QuickBooks Online Advanced – August Release

For many of you considering QuickBooks® Online, and for those of you currently using it, one question I’ve been asked is whether it can support high transaction volume and many users. You’ve also shared that you have some clients who could be more self-sufficient, if only they had the tools they need to learn how to use QuickBooks and to get questions answered when they need help.

This week, we had a limited release of QuickBooks Online Advanced, a new offering for customers who are outgrowing QuickBooks Online Plus and looking to maximize their productivity. This launch is the first step in a journey toward delivering a more robust online solution for these clients. As we strengthen QuickBooks Online Advanced over time, we want to make sure our accounting partners are along for the journey.

Here’s What You Need to Know About QuickBooks Online Advanced

In addition to the functionality of QuickBooks Online Plus, QuickBooks Online Advanced includes:

  • Up to 25 users with full and simultaneous access.
  • All Priority Circle benefits:
    • Dedicated Customer Success Manager: A single point of contact to route support questions, suggest online training and make QuickBooks product recommendations.
    • Priority Care: QuickBooks technical support calls are routed to the front of the line and to our top agents for quick resolution of issues.
    • Free Online Training: Up to 5 free online training courses annually.

Customers can sign up by calling 1.877.877.9185. If the QuickBooks Online Plus customer meets the upgrade criteria, the admin can also self-serve upgrade in the product by clicking the Gear Icon > Account and Settings > Billing and Subscription > Upgrade.

Let’s Be Clear About What QuickBooks Online Advanced is Not

Priority Care and the Customer Success Manager provided by QuickBooks Online Advanced are not ProAdvisors® and do not offer the same services an accounting professional does. Their role is to free you up from troubleshooting issues so you can focus your time on the things that matter most to you and your clients. They also serve as a single point of contact at Intuit® for any software issues your clients encounter across all offerings. They can even recommend trainings from a list of self-paced options that may be of interest to your clients and answer any questions you or your clients may have about Intuit software you’re considering.

QuickBooks Online Advanced is Not Available on Wholesale … Yet

We know that our accounting professionals value the ability to pay for their clients’ software through one unified bill and appreciate the partnership we demonstrate by offering an exclusive discount. We will keep you posted on our plans for a wholesale discount as they develop.
