Iowa – Digital audio works, digital audiovisual works, digital books, “other digital products”, information services, software as a service, services related to enhancing, installing, maintaining, operating, repairing, servicing, or upgrading specified digital products, and the storage of tangible or electronic documents, files, or records become taxable.
Nevada – Feminine hygiene products become exempt from sales tax.
Puerto Rico – Feminine hygiene products become exempt from sales tax.

Sales Tax Holiday
Puerto Rico’s back-to-school sales tax holiday is Jan. 4-5, 2019. School supplies, uniforms, and textbooks are exempt from sales and use tax during the holiday.
