ProAdvisor Scheduled Call Back Service/Full-Slate

Make the most of your time and book an appointment with one of our agents – We are always happy to help. The scheduled call service is designed for Accounting professionals who require technical support. Our support specialists will assist with payroll inquiries, sales tax inquiries and much more. As a Diamond Level Member, you have the ability to schedule appointments for up to an hour. The hours of operation for the ‘Scheduled Call Back Service’ are Mon-Fri, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm EST.

Log into QuickBooks® Online Accountant (QBOA), then select the ProAdvisor tab at the left side of the screen.



Click on the Support tab.

Under the Schedule Call Back Service, click Schedule Now.

The following page will appear. Customers will have the option of choosing several topics of discussion, such as Accountant Features, Wholesale billing or Reports.


Once the option is selected, the following page appears. The available dates and time will be outlined. Click on the appropriate time.

Fill in all required information: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone and Issue Description.

Click Book ProCall.


A success message will be displayed.

An email confirmation will also be sent to the credential indicated in the required information field.

A care representative will contact you the day of your appointment.
