Note: The Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act (PPP Flex Act) was signed into law on June 5, 2020. The PPP Flex Act extends the availability of loans under the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and adjusts certain rules applicable to PPP loans. The information reflected here may therefore be outdated. We are working to update our resources to reflect these updates to the PPP, so be sure to check back soon. Please refer to the latest guidance from the SBA and Treasury to confirm current program rules and how they apply to your particular situation.
Intuit® QuickBooks® and ProConnect™ Group have launched two websites designed to help you and your small business clients prepare for, and navigate through, the current situation surrounding the coronavirus outbreak.
The QuickBooks website is: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/smallbusinesshelp/. This site provides tips, tools, and resources to help you communicate with customers, support employees, and take steps to stay strong through this difficult time. The website also includes resources on financial planning and preparedness, and best practices for working remotely and maintaining employee morale. There is a comprehensive QuickBooks guide for protecting your business and managing workers, as well as a link to the Small Business Association’s guide for businesses and employers to plan and respond to the coronavirus.
The ProConnect website is: https://proconnect.intuit.com/coronavirus/. This site provides links to important resources available from the IRS and the AICPA, as well as updated content surrounding a possible tax deadline extension and tips on how to work remotely.
Both sites will be updated regularly with additional information and resources as they become available.
