MK: What do you believe is the key to having a successful relationship that is 100 percent virtual?

MA: The QuickBooks Live platform has all the key features that any accountant or bookkeeper needs for a successful firm. The platform is accurate, powerful, and has many helpful third-party applications, such as time tracking and receipt capture. It is also cloud-based, which helps to ensure the safety of your data.
MK: What advice would you give to new accountants or bookkeepers just starting out in the industry?
MA: The key to a successful firm is building rapport with small businesses by performing and solving their pain points.
MK: Now, some just-for-fun questions! If you were stranded on a deserted island, what is the one book you would bring with you?
MA: “The Bible.”
MK: If you could have dinner with one celebrity or public figure (living or dead), who would it be and why?
MA: Tough one. Jesus Christ to learn from his wisdom.
MK: If you weren’t an accounting professional, what would you be?
MA: I would be consulting people on how to improve their business practices through analysis and key performance indicators.
MK: If your playlist got stuck on repeat, what would be the one song (or album) that you would want to listen to over and over?
MA: “It is Well With my Soul.”
MK: If you were allowed to watch one movie for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
