What’s new in August

Our updated Reclassify tool gives you more flexibility in how you correct client gaffes. You can now filter transactions more accurately to find what you need faster, plus fix multiple mistakes at once to keep error-free books more efficiently.
How it works: The updated Reclassify transactions screen includes a variety of streamlined features, such as:
- Collapsible columns to give you more freedom in your workflow.
- More specific filters to find what you want faster.
- The option to select multiple transactions and reclassify in bulk.

In a nutshell: There are many ways employers can show their employees some love—from offering flexible vacations to stocking the break room that coffee everyone likes.
Perhaps no gesture boosts morale quite like providing health benefits, which is why we’ve made the process as simple as possible.
Your clients can now compare insurance plans from top carriers right in QuickBooks Payroll and find employee health, dental, and vision coverage on a budget. Plus, premiums are tax-deductible, which helps your clients save even more.
How it works: You and your clients can start comparing quotes in the Workers tab, under Benefits.
You’ll see exact quotes from leading national carriers, all in one place.
Applications can be completed online in about 10 minutes, with no paperwork or questions asked.
Once a plan is approved and issued, employees will automatically be invited to enroll, and your clients can manage all plans inside QuickBooks.
Premiums are automatically deducted during payroll, so your clients never have to worry about missing a payment and can rest easy knowing the team is taken care of.
In a nutshell: Small businesses can’t afford to look unprofessional, even after the work is complete. Any job well done…needs an invoice well designed.
We’ve given our sales form template in QuickBooks Online a welcome facelift—with smoother formatting, more accurate previews, and sharper details. Now your clients can ensure their brand’s personality extends seamlessly to their invoices, receipts, and more.
How it works: Your clients can create invoices and other sales forms the same way as always.
When they do, they’ll now see a number of visual improvements, such as:
- Cleaner formatting for a more professional appearance.
- Enhanced previewing that lets them see the exact same form as their customers.
- High-fidelity detail to highlight their brand.
In a nutshell: The QuickBooks ProAdvisor® Program offers points and rewards for the work you naturally do, like adding clients or attaching software.
We’re thrilled to announce a brand-new way to add to your tally. You’ll now earn 100 points for every ProAdvisor in your firm who passes 2019 QuickBooks Enterprise Certification.
How it works: No mystery here. When you or another ProAdvisor in your firm gets Enterprise Certified, you’ll bank 100 piping-hot ProAdvisor points.
