Wholesale billing for QuickBooks Online Advanced
In a nutshell: Wholesale discounts provide the biggest long-term savings for your clients—and they’re only available through you. We’re now thrilled to offer our most steady and adaptable savings option on our most powerful cloud-based solution yet: QuickBooks Online Advanced.
Until May 31, 2019, you can offer your new and existing wholesale billing clients a 30% discount off the list price for the life of the subscription1 (limited time offer). As of today, that’s $105 per month marked down from $150 per month. Your firm is billed directly, and you can pass the cost onto clients, roll it into your services, or pay it yourself to build buzz for your practice.
How it works: Follow these steps to enroll clients in the QuickBooks Online Advanced wholesale discount:
1.Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
2.Select the Add client button from the top right of your dashboard.
3.Enter your client’s information on the Add client screen.
4.You’ll be asked to choose the details of the new subscription. Select Wholesale discount (firm is billed) from the billing choices, and Advanced from the product options, including Payroll if needed.
5.Select which team members you want to have access to the account, then Save

But it’s a brand-new year, which means brand-new recommendations. We’ll be temporarily suspending the “ProAdvisor Picks” while we revamp the selection process. This will let us come back with updated awards so you can pinpoint the perfect solutions for your practice and clients.
How it works: All the apps currently available will still be available while we improve our selection process. The only change is that you won’t see the “ProAdvisor Pick” label on any app detail cards.
To establish new “ProAdvisor Picks,” we’ll be gathering fresh input from ProAdvisors and updating the standards used to evaluate apps. We’ll be sharing these new criteria with app developers so they have the transparency they need to design more of the apps you’ll love.
