QuickBooks Online Payroll: Postponing transition to our new suite of products

This is an unprecedented time for everyone—a time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty.
We recently notified you about upcoming feature enhancements and a pricing change to your clients’ QuickBooks® Payroll subscription. However, given recent events, we’re going to postpone these changes until further notice to help your clients manage their cash flow. We are also postponing your firm’s transition to QuickBooks Online Payroll Elite to reduce change during this time.
We’re here to help you and your clients prepare your businesses and support your employees during the coronavirus with our resource guide, where you’ll find up-to-date content on financial preparedness, recent changes to tax filing deadlines, and links to useful government resources. We encourage you to check back often as we continually update ways to support you, your employees, and clients.
Reminder: Your clients who are directly billed by Intuit® (bill my client) may upgrade, manage or cancel their subscription at any time by visiting Account and Settings and selecting Billing & Subscriptions.
You may upgrade, manage or cancel subscriptions under the Wholesale Billing (bill my firm) option at any time by visiting Your Company and selecting Your Account. You can see more information on how to successfully transfer the billing to your client here.
