My #1 timesaving tip in 2021 is automating your emails. As an accountant, I am often tasked with sending the same email to different clients, but each requires some customization. I started using SalesHandy last year to automate my company’s sales and reminder emails, and I haven’t looked back since. It saves me hours each week because I create all of the email content in one day and schedule it weeks in advance. You can alter several aspects of your email based on the recipient, so that each email looks personalized. I send out emails for PPP loan applications, deadline reminders, and general marketing emails. It’s a total game changer.
