Timesaving tips for your practice: Meditate daily

This will sound counterintuitive, but my biggest timesaving tip is to meditate daily. It helps me to remember better, organize, and clear my head, which saves me time and sets the table for my day. I use the app InsightTimer to track my meditation and use it for guided meditation, too.
