Timesaving tips for your practice: Zapier and Insightly CRM

We use a combination of Zapier and Insightly CRM. When we sell a product, the Zap automatically sets up an opportunity and creates a set of tasks assigned to different team members to make the administrative processing side smooth, from start to finish. The tasks created even take it to the end, where we verify that we got paid commission on the sale and paid out our partner, if they were attached to the sale. This saves our team time and keeps us from skipping a step.
