Value Pricing is a Win-Win Situation

We all want transparency. I believe value pricing brings a lot of transparency. They just need a discussion. They need you to explain it to them, because, obviously, they've always been billed by the hour. They need you to explain why you're doing it, and again, I always bring it up that wouldn't it be nice for you to already know how much it's going to cost you. Honestly, I believe value pricing is a win-win on both sides, for the client, because it's very up front and transparent, and we, as accountants, we know what's coming in. That makes us feel very comfortable, that we can pay our bills too. We have bills too.
