Karla Uribe was recently named the new director of Product Management, Partners Segment, Intuit QuickBooks.
At Intuit QuickBooks, our mission is to ensure small business success. We do that by delivering the products and services small businesses need so that no small business on the QuickBooks platform fails. Part of ensuring small business success is to equip the accounting professionals who serve small businesses with the tools they need to provide impactful advice, insights, and recommendations to their clients.
To achieve this, we’re always looking for ways to expand our QuickBooks Partners Segment team, which is solely focused on delivering product improvements for accounting professionals. Therefore, we’re pleased to have Karla join the team; she brings more than 20 years of product management experience to the role, including 13 prior years at Intuit.
“I’m honored to return to Intuit and be part of the Partners Segment, working across the QuickBooks platform to ensure we’re delivering the products and services that help accountants be more efficient and also represent the ways accountants connect and work with their clients,” said Uribe.
Within this role, Karla will focus on four core areas:
- Amplifying accountant voices: Representing the Partners Segment across the QuickBooks organization, to ensure accountants are heard and solved for in our products.
- Delivering impactful products: Pushing the QuickBooks product strategy to deliver experiences that are meaningful for accountants and the clients they serve.
- Identifying more product integration touchpoints: Identifying seams across the QuickBooks platform to create better integrated touchpoints that help streamline workflows and deliver insights so accountants can focus on being advisors to their clients.
- Driving a clear QuickBooks Online Accountant roadmap: Leading the QuickBooks Online Accountant product roadmap so that it continues to evolve to be the one place where accountants can manage their practice and all their clients.
