Free personalized setup

If your clients need assistance with migration and your firm does not offer this service, we are able to help your client with Free Personalized Setup.* This is a complimentary, 1-hour onboarding service provided by our QuickBooks Customer Experience team. The team will help guide your clients through comparing specific reports from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online to ensure accuracy of data migration. In addition, the Customer Experience team will provide a guided tour of QuickBooks Online, focusing on how to find each client’s most important information and sharing a walkthrough of your client’s most used business tasks.

Assisted migration

If this isn’t enough and you need more help, we are offering Assisted Migration.** With Assisted Migration, Intuit’s QuickBooks Solution Providers (QSPs) are offering a service at no additional cost to help small businesses migrate QuickBooks Desktop company file(s) into QuickBooks Online. This service is for QuickBooks Desktop customers who are migrating to QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, or Advanced. As a reminder, only one QuickBooks Desktop file can be imported into a single QuickBooks Online subscription.

If you have concerns migrating your QuickBooks Desktop data or if you have had challenges in the past, this service is for you! Boost your confidence knowing we will be there to help support first-time use and ongoing migration challenges.
