QuickBooks Live Priority

This monthly subscription offers your clients product expertise when they need it with priority access to specialized product experts, front-of-the-line privileges, and extended support hours.

Priority access for questions to be resolved quickly and thoroughly: Your clients get questions resolved faster with front-of-the-line privileges to connect with specialized product experts who can help with customer, product, or technical support needs.
Peace of mind with access to highly trained product experts: Our team of specialized product experts has the knowledge and training to solve problems thoroughly, so you and your clients can trust that the answers they receive are accurate.
Set up QuickBooks correctly with personalized 1-on-1 onboarding guidance: Take the stress out of getting started. Be sure QuickBooks is set up the right way for your client’s business and help them get up to speed fast. Our product experts will guide them through setup and help them connect their data, so they can use QuickBooks with confidence.
Ongoing product coaching and training to use QuickBooks with confidence: Your clients get unlimited on-demand help and product training from product experts with tailored coaching and training on the features they need, so they can use QuickBooks efficiently and confidently for their business.**
Extended support hours so your clients can get help when they need it: We know your clients might be too busy running their business to seek help during the workday. With QuickBooks Live Priority, our product experts are also available early mornings, evenings, and on weekends.**

How it works:

Information about QuickBooks Live Priority is available to customers through their QuickBooks Online account. To get started, your clients can purchase directly through QuickBooks Online or by contacting sales. In the coming months, QuickBooks Live Priority will also be available for purchase in QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Once they subscribe, your clients can take advantage of front-of-the-line privileges with expanded access to specialized product experts Monday-Friday 5AM-7PM PT and Saturday-Sunday 6AM-3PM PT.

QuickBooks Live Expert Cleanup

This is a one-time service you can use to clean your clients’ books any time you need it to extend capacity,

How does it work?

You can sign your clients up for Live Expert cleanup or use it on their behalf. First, either you or your client can schedule an onboarding appointment through QuickBooks Online. In that appointment, a QuickBooks Live Bookkeeper will explain to you or your client which documents are needed to do the clean up.

After receiving these documents, the QuickBooks Live bookkeeping team will organize your client’s accounts, review and categorize their transactions, and prepare a package of reports. The cleanup process is typically complete within 30 days of receiving all necessary documentation. You and your client will get a notification when cleanup is done and ready for review.

All along the way, you’ll get a clear line of sight through the QuickBooks Live hub, where you can upload documents and schedule calls to meet with certified bookkeeping experts about your client’s books.

QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted

This monthly subscription provides your clients with ongoing personalized QuickBooks guidance from a certified expert using video, phone, and screen-share capabilities.** This QuickBooks expert will not access your clients’ books or financial data.

Throughout your client’s subscription, you’ll get full transparency through automatic call summaries in QuickBooks Online Accountant on their calls with our experts. Each summary will show your client’s questions and the responses they received.

With Live Expert Assisted, your client gets help from QuickBooks-certified bookkeepers to:

Use QuickBooks, including setting up bank accounts, managing a Chart of Accounts, reconciliations, invoices, and expense tracking.
Apply QuickBooks best practices to help improve bookkeeping accuracy when maintaining their books.
Streamline processes to save time and reduce errors.
Develop efficient workflows tailored to their needs.
Classify transactions for detailed financial reporting.
Ensure accounts are balanced and discrepancies addressed.

How does it work?

This service provides your client with QuickBooks coaching for as long as they have the subscription.

After you add Live Expert Assisted to your client’s QuickBooks Online subscription, they can request a call to meet with our bookkeeping experts Monday–Friday, 6 AM–6 PM PT for one-on-one guidance through a video call. An automatic summary of each call will appear in your QuickBooks Online Accountant dashboard.

Note: This service does not include books cleanup, a dedicated bookkeeper, ongoing reconciliation services, books maintenance, financial advisory services, tax advice, income or sales tax return filing facilitation, 1099 creation or delivery, or payroll management.

  Accurate Books Guarantee:
  Accurate Books Guarantee is applicable during the Cleanup Service period for active customers of QuickBooks Live Full-Service Bookkeeping and QuickBooks Live Expert Cleanup as applicable, for the duration of the QuickBooks Live Monthly Bookkeeping subscription. This guarantee covers the QuickBooks Live Services provided to you for the duration of your QuickBooks Live Monthly Bookkeeping subscription. Accurate Books Guarantee is not available with QuickBooks Live Assisted Bookkeeping.
  At your request, QuickBooks will conduct a full evaluation of your bookkeeper’s work. If your Live Bookkeeper makes an error that requires you to re-open your books for any month, we’ll correct the error in your books for the month that the error occurred at no additional charge.
  Eligible errors include only those made by a Live Bookkeeper. An “error” is: a) a transaction that has been incorrectly categorized to the wrong account; b) an account balance in QuickBooks that doesn’t match the actual account balance; or c) improper transactions which can’t be supported by documentation (including client responses and client meeting notes).
  If you invoke the guarantee, QuickBooks will conduct an evaluation of the Live Bookkeeper’s work. You’ll need to provide QuickBooks with a receipt for the transaction in question, correspondence from your outside tax accountant, or a document stating the balance of the account if an account balance is in question.
  Live Bookkeepers aren’t responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information that you provide, or if you re-open the books by overriding closure after a Live Bookkeeper completes the month-end closure.
  
  **Product information
  
  QuickBooks Live Expert Cleanup service (“Cleanup Service”) is only available during the current supported tax filing year. After purchase, Cleanup Service requires (1) an onboarding call within the first 60 days to start the process; and (2) your timely delivery of all requested supporting documentation within the first 120 days. Onboarding calls not completed within 60 days of your purchase may result in Cleanup Service being canceled. Cleanup Service is performed on the documentation you timely deliver. Additional information that is requested but not provided impacts the Cleanup service process and may result in unreconciled accounts or uncategorized expenses. Once your bookkeeper receives all the necessary documentation or other information that may be requested, they’ll typically complete your cleanup within 30 days. In some cases, your cleanup may take longer depending on the timely delivery of necessary documentation and the complexity of your books.
  
  QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted: This is a monthly subscription service offering your clients guidance on how to manage their books and requires an active QuickBooks Online subscription. You maintain full ownership and control of your client’s books. When your client requests a session with an expert, the expert can provide guidance on topics including product setup, bookkeeping automation, categorization, financial reports and dashboards, reconciliation, and workflow creation and management; and answer specific questions related to their books and business. Tax resource support is limited to general information and resources to help you or your client find answers to common tax topics. Some basic bookkeeping services may not be included and will be determined by the expert. The expert will provide help based on the information you or your client provides. These services may be subject to change at Intuit’s sole discretion.
  
  QuickBooks Live Priority: This is a subscription service that offers priority access to specialized product experts and one-on-one product training to help your client navigate QuickBooks, subject to Expert availability and capacity. Live Priority requires an active QuickBooks Online subscription limited to customer service, product, and tech support only. Extended business hours subject to change without notice.
  Live Priority includes the following Services:
  - Priority access to specialized product experts for customer service, product, and technical support during extended hours:
  - Monday-Friday 5AM-7PM PT
  - Saturday-Sunday 6AM-3PM PT
  - Onboarding assistance, including product setup and introduction to useful tools
  - Ongoing product training on how to use QuickBooks features
  Live Priority does not include:
  
  Bookkeeping assistance or services, tax preparation services, assistance with tax preparation, or assurance services
  
  Bookkeeping support, including assistance with bookkeeping automation, categorization, financial reporting and dashboards, reconciliation, workflow creation and management, and answering specific questions related to a client’s books and their business
  
  Experts working in a client’s books, including managing or making changes to transactions inside or outside their books, or other bookkeeping tasks, including evaluating financial statements or analytics
  
  Business consulting services, including budgeting or operational advice
  
  Guidance on desktop migration, payroll setup, or payroll services
  
  Tax support or advice, tax preparation, or assistance with tax documentation
  
  Intuit reserves the right to limit the number, length and scope of sessions with Experts. The scope of the Live Priority Services provided may be limited and is at the sole discretion of the Experts.
  
  Pricing & Billing: Following any free trial period, the account will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee at the recurring subscription period selected until cancellation. Your client may cancel Live Priority at any time before their next billing date. Your client can go to Account Settings and Billing & Subscription to cancel their subscription. The cancellation will become effective at the end of their subscription period. They will not receive a prorated refund.
  
  **Features
  
  QuickBooks-certified bookkeepers with experience across industries: Customers are automatically matched with a QuickBooks Live Bookkeeper that has experience in their relevant industry, unless one is unavailable. After a customer has connected with the assigned bookkeeper, they may request to be matched with a different bookkeeper, if they prefer.
  
  For most customers, the onboarding and cleanup process takes one to three months. The amount of time required to complete cleanup is dependent on the time it takes you to submit all of the requested documentation, which can include but not limited to bank statements and prior year tax forms. A Live Bookkeeper cannot begin cleaning up your past books until they receive required documents.
  
  Cleanup is reliant on your timely delivery of requested information and reasonable cooperation with your bookkeeper.
