Insightful Accountant has announced the launch of the Top Advisor Awards for 2026.
Applications and nominations (by third-parties) for the Top 100 U.S. ProAdvisors, the Top 25 Up-n-coming ProAdvisors, the Top 50 International ProAdvisors, and this year’s new Top 25 Tax Advisors will be accepted starting at 6 pm, ET, on August 29, 2025.
New name: 2026 Top Advisor awards
For 2026, the Insightful Accountant Top Advisor Awards, formerly known as the Top ProAdvisor Awards, will be available to more professionals than ever by recognizing a fourth group of Advisors, the Top 25 Tax Advisors.
2026 also sees the introduction of a new centralized awards portal that allows individuals to apply for the various awards or nominate advisors from a single website.
A single nomination form allows third parties to nominate their favorite advisors regardless of the award group. The nomination period by third parties ends at 11:59 pm, PT, on December 9, 2025.
Applicants will have until 11:59 pm, PT, on March 3, 2026, to complete their formal applications, whether they were nominated by a third party or applied directly. Qualified applicants will appear on a ballot during a four-week voting period, starting approximately two weeks after the close of applications.
