Let's jump right in with Kevin, who will show you our new Managed Training Experience built natively into Intuit Accountant Suite.
Kevin, welcome!
Kevin: Awesome! Thanks, Jaclyn, for having me again back on In the Know. I'm excited to talk to you all about the new Resource Hub that's available within ProAdvisor Academy.
As you all may be really familiar with your workflows in your day-to-day jobs, you have to already create a lot of marketing or sales material, or you kind of have to search the interweb to find any of that across all the different resources that Intuit has to offer.
So what we've done now is actually combined all of that information and the feedback that we've gotten from you all, and put it into the Resource Hub, which is now going to be the one-stop shop for all of your marketing and sales collateral, as well as guides for you to share out with your firm and with your clients.
So, again, ProAdvisor Academy is available for all QuickBooks Online Accountant Intuit Accountant Suite users, so you don't need to do anything in order to get access to this.
So let's take a look at this within the system.
Cool. So what you're seeing here is the new Intuit Accountant Suite. To access ProAdvisor Academy, you'll go to the ProAdvisor tab and click ProAdvisor training, and once you click that, start learning, it'll get routed to ProAdvisor Academy.
To access the Resource Hub, you'll click that top banner, and here, what you'll see is four different enablement toolkits that we've delivered for you already. In the future, we'll continue to deliver additional enablement toolkits for you all based on your feedback, but so far, we only have four: Intuit Enterprise Suite, QuickBooks Money, . Workforce Management Tools, and Desktop to Online migration.
We won't go into all the details into each of them. There's a lot of content, and a lot of materials for y'all to look through, so let's just take a look through a few of them. Let's start with the Intuit Enterprise Suite.
So the Resource Hub and enablement toolkit will have a lot of one pagers, guides, email templates, decks, and links to different websites for you to use.
For example, let's just look at the guide for the Intuit Enterprise Suite. You can see this is informational for you all, and you can share this with folks in your firm, as well as to send out to clients, if it makes sense.
If you go back and look at QuickBooks Money, for example, there are some materials that allow you to determine where you can put your own customized logos, so you don't have to do any of that for you. And then, if we go back and even look at desktop migration, what's really exciting and what we've got a lot of feedback on, is that we have a spreadsheet for you all to download that has a post migration checklist. You don't have to create any of that or maintain any of that for yourself; you can always use what we have for you.
Awesome. So it's a very high level view of the Resource Hub. There's a lot of content and materials that you can leverage within there, so I highly suggest you take a look and go into ProAdvisor Academy and check it out today.
