QuickBooks® Certifications are a pillar of our ProAdvisor® Program, and empower accounting professionals to confidently advise small businesses, demonstrate their expertise, and connect with new clients. Last year, more than 64,000 QuickBooks ProAdvisor certifications were completed in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, Enterprise, and Point of Sale. Many ProAdvisors shared how beneficial the training and certification bolstered their confidence to help their clients and practices prosper.

We’re excited to share that we’ve released updated certification exams and training to help you prepare. The updates include the latest features and functionality to power your efficiency, and your clients’ success.

The training provides you with an in-depth view of what you should know about our products and prepares you for the exam. You’ll find training when you log into QuickBooks Online Accountant, go to ProAdvisor in the left navigation, and select the training tab. On the tab, you’ll see self-paced courses for all of the above products and certifications. For QuickBooks Online certification, you’ll also see live virtual events. You can register for the live virtual training events from the training tab or via QuickBooks Accountant University. Bonus: All of our training courses are eligible for free CPE credits. New training this year

Certification Prep Experience: We launched a certification prep experience to set expectations and give guidance on how to successfully master the certification exam. ProAdvisors who are new or not as familiar with the certification exam process and experience can start with this first step to get some help to navigate through the certification journey.

New Training Modules & Exam: We’ve launched updated self-paced training modules which you can complete and take on-demand, at your own pace. These modules reflect the latest product updates and focus on the key knowledge that will get you ready for the certification exam and ready to serve your clients.
