QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) Simplifies Retailers' Checkout Process

QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) is designed for small- to mid-sized retail shops that need the ability to have a simple sale and checkout process. Most customers use it in tandem with hardware such as a cash drawer, bar code scanner and receipt printer. Similar to QuickBooks, QuickBooks POS can be set up to be used in many different industries – boutique clothing, contractor supply, gourmet food shops and even game stores.

Implementation of a point of sale product will be different then a financial product. There are firewalls, multiple computer setups, hardware to connect and other differences.
