How to get your clients started
Bill Pay Basic is ready and waiting in your clients' QuickBooks Online accounts. Activating it takes just a few minutes.
- In QuickBooks Online Accountant, navigate to Subscriptions and Billing. Or access your client’s QuickBooks Online account to activate Bill Pay.
- Select a billing method for transaction fees. You can choose to bill to your firm or bill to your client. Here’s more information on how to split the billing between QuickBooks Online and Bill Pay.
- Guide your client to complete the simple, one-time application to verify their business information and connect their bank account.
- With their included subscription, your clients get five free ACH payments per month.**
